Warranty Coverage

Most Sonnet Commercial products include a 1‑year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Hardware and component failures

2. Upholstery & Finishes

  • Fabrics, vinyls, and leathers: Covered for seam integrity and workmanship defects.
  • Wood, laminate, and metal finishes: Covered for peeling, cracking, or abnormal wear under normal commercial use.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or accidents
  • Outdoor use of indoor‑rated products
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Variations in natural materials (wood grain, color shifts, etc.)
  • Damage occurring during customer handling after delivery

Warranty Period

Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery. Some brands or product lines may offer extended warranties; these will be noted on the product page.


How to File a Warranty Claim

To ensure fast processing, please provide:
