Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard lead times: Most commercial furniture ships within 2–4 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Custom, made‑to‑order, or specialty items: Lead times typically range from 6–10 weeks, depending on materials and production schedules.
  • In‑stock items: Ship within 5–7 business days after payment verification.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods

  • Small items: Shipped via standard ground carriers.
  • Large furniture & bulk orders: Delivered via freight carriers with scheduled appointments.
  • White‑glove delivery: Available in select regions for an additional fee (includes room‑of‑choice placement and packaging removal).

Delivery Appointments & Inspection

  • Freight deliveries require someone on‑site to receive and sign for the shipment.
  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

We currently ship throughout the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please reach out for a custom shipping quote.
