This infrared cooking system is ideal for searing steaks or when quick high heat is desirable. It features 16,000 BTUs with either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. By removing and replacing the left burner of your AOG grill (following installation instructions), you can add a searing station to all American Outdoor Grills. This infrared cooking system is constructed of the same commercial quality stainless steel as your AOG grill and will complement any outdoor kitchen.
